Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene (CSM)

Chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM for short) is an elastomer with a fully saturated main chain and side chains, which can be vulcanized by various crosslinking agents. CSM vulcanizate has excellent ozone resistance and weather resistance due to its unique molecular structure. In addition, properly formulated CSM vulcanizates have excellent heat resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance and aging resistance.

 Application

1. Power steering and cooler hoses, used in automotive and industrial, hydraulic hoses, the impact test can reach 150℃.

2. Fuel hose caps, and various vacuum and discharge pipes.

3. The cable sheath material, which is resistant to weathering, sunlight, ozone and high temperatures.

4. General industrial products, such as hydraulic hoses, oil delivery hoses, rubber rollers, inner linings, chemical-resistant high-strength conveyor belts, etc.

5. Construction products, such as escalator handrails, floor mats, single-ply roofing systems, etc.

6. Fiber-reinforced, welded reservoir and sump linings

7. Other products, such as rubber dams, rubber boats, etc.

8. Coatings and adhesives.
