Product introduction
Chlorinated polypropylene is a thermoplastic resin obtained by chlorination modification of polypropylene. The appearance is white or light yellow odorless granules. Depending on the chlorine content, its melting point is generally 80-160°C, and its decomposition temperature is 120-200°C. Chlorinated polypropylene can be dissolved in organic solvents such as halogenated hydrocarbons, toluene, butanone, etc.
Performance
SURGUT CPP is a thermoplastic resin with high hardness and good wear resistance, acid resistance, salt water resistance and aging resistance. It has strong adhesion to polypropylene (PP), polyethylene, paper, aluminum film, etc. It is a high-performance adhesion promoter for coatings, inks and adhesives.
Applications
1. SURGUT CPP can be used as an effective binder for film composite inks such as BOPP, OPP, PET, PE, etc.
2. SURGUT CPP can be used as a composite adhesive between BOPP, OPP, PET, PE, Al and other paper and film, and can also used as the inner coating of BOPP film pressure-sensitive tape.
3. Because of its good film-forming properties, gloss and strong affinity with pigments, CPP can also be used as a colorant for plastic modification or as a paint binder for polypropylene (PP) injection molding products.
