As an excellent impact modifier, SYPREN CPE is widely used in PVC extrusion and injection molding products, including window profile, plates, pipes, etc. It can greatly improve the impact resistance of rigid PVC and processing fluidity. In addition, it is used in a variety of formulation systems because of its good chemical resistance, excellent low temperature performance, high filling capacity, great weather resistance and compatibility.

CPE is one of the most important impact modifiers in the plastics market today. Compared with other impact modifiers such as AIM, MBS and ABS, CPE is preferred by more and more users due to its excellent comprehensive performance and very competitive price gaining a growing share in the impact modifier market.

CPE is most suitable for replacing acrylic impact modifier (AIM) or mixing with AIM to achieve the best cost performance at a given percentage without adjusting the processing data and formula.

 1.   Impact modifier for PVC rigid and semi-soft products: It can greatly improve the impact strength of products, and significantly improve their low temperature resistance, weather resistance and welding strength, etc.


 2.   Application in flame retardant ABS: Adding a certain proportion of our 135C to the formula of flame retardant ABS can not only prevent the loss of physical properties caused by adding a large amount of inorganic flame retardant in the formula, but also has a positive effect on improving the flame retardancy performance of the entire system (such as televisions, computers, etc.).
